Gatlinburg~2010

Gatlinburg up-date:  8 out of the 15 bedrooms have been claimed. There are a total of 28 beds, which is enough for each family, but some of the beds are sleeper sofas. Remember, the rooms are on a first come, first serve basis. When you send your money, either send a list to Vicky of the top 3 cabins you would like to have, call her, or send her an e-mail with your choices. Also, let her know what size bed you would prefer. Then, she’ll give you the first choice you have that is available. After looking over our options, we will be going with the option that has the Smokey Bear Lodge (5 bedroom/6.5 bathroom), Mountain Haven (4 bedroom/4 bathroom), Crown Jewel (3 bedroom/3 bathroom), and Pinecrest (3 bedroom/3 bathroom). This option is cheaper and has more beds.  If we have a huge overflow, Vicky will call her contact and see if there are any other cabins near-by, but she knows these cabins are close to each other. Again the trip is June 11-13. The cost is $250. Check out the website if you haven't already: http://stonybrooklodging.com/
